How the Caresultants process simplifies Senior Care

Caresultants ensures quality care for your aging loved ones—and peace of mind for you. We provide compassionate, unparalleled elder care services that are customized to meet the unique needs of your situation. We will work with you directly to learn every detail of the challenges you and your loved one are facing, so we can develop the ideal care plan.

We have defined our four step process to help you be equipped with what you need to ensure your loved one's care is right where it needs to be.

Just like any relationship, we start with a conversation

CONVERSATION

Sometimes the first step is the hardest one to take.

We understand.

This is why we offer a free 15 minute conversation

We understand how challenging the circumstances you're in are. We do not want to add any weight to an already complex time.

Just like any new relationship, a conversation, is the best place to start. We want to get to know you and we want you to have the chance to get to know us as well.

Your first step is scheduling a free 15 minute Conversation with a Caresultant so we can listen to what you are seeing and get to know one another.

CONSULTATION

Now that we've shared a conversation and gotten to know one another some, the next step is a free 30 minute Consultation with a Caresultant

Families need help with navigating challenging transitions like "I think it is time to have the"the talk" with my Mom or Dad–they keep forgetting things like turning off the stove, even turning off the car and I am getting really concerned. But they think they are as clear minded as they were in their 30's...how do we do that, where do we start?"

Everyone faces this moment for the first time. This is where Caresultants come in. You don't have to figure out when, where and how–our team has been at this spot more times than can be counted and we have answers and resources to help you navigate the complex journey ahead. We want to help you maintain the relationship with your loved one as your main priority–not learning a new language and industry–and empower us to lead the essential care that is needed.

Your next step is scheduling a free 30 minute Consultation so we can listen to what you are seeing and share our wisdom and experience with you.

DISCOVERY SESSIONS

After the Consultation the next step is setting up the Discovery Sessions

Typically the Discovery phase methodically works through the following:

  • In depth interview

  • Questionnaire

  • Family Talk Facilitation

  • Presentation of Custom Care Plan

*The length of the Discovery process averages two weeks

HIRE A Caresultant

After the Discovery Phase, the most stable and secure next step is hiring a CARESULTANT to oversee the journey ahead

This is why we started Caresultants–a month to month retainer ensures the best possible care is provided for your loved one. Your Caresultant Team will be available to you 24/7 and oversee the entire spectrum of care for your loved one.

We strive for simplicity and transparency in every aspect of senior care—including pricing. We’ve chosen a customizable monthly retainer structure for the sake of clarity and ease. Caresultants senior care services range from $500 to $10,000 per month, depending on the level of care and support you need.

Case Study

David’s mother, Diane, is in her late seventies. For most of her life, she has been in excellent health. But in recent months, family members have started to notice an alarming trend: Diane is becoming increasingly forgetful. She has missed appointments with her doctor and hairstylist, she regularly forgets to eat, and she’s always looking for lost items.

David lives hundreds of miles away from his mother, yet the family has unofficially nominated him as the expert on her needs and care.
